Forms with incomplete info will receive a request to send the rest of the info.
Please do NOT use the defaults, please send the actual time, date and length
of session you desire.
To those requesting to be screened using a reference: Reference must be recent (past six months)from a
known model/escort, or a reputable agency they
have utilized. Your escort reference must have been advertising for some months
in several places, and/or have several reviews on OMP, ASPD, TER or TBD. You must provide her website/contact info. It is helpful if you inform her that you are using her as a reference and to contact me or expect me to contact her.
Please schedule all rendezvous at least 24 hours in advance. It is extremely rare that i am available for
short notice appointments.
Please be aware that new friends are accepted at my discretion.
Please email the info requested directly if you encounter any problems with
the form, or do not wish to use it.
You may also call me prepared with this information, however, this is not recommended. It is not as discreet and timing could be a problem.
